We offer a 30-day return policy for most items purchased on Zwift.com. Products must be in their original packaging and in new, unused condition to qualify for a full refund.

Do Zwift products come with a warranty?

Yes, all Zwift hardware, including the Zwift Hub and Zwift Play, comes with a standard 1-year limited warranty against manufacturing defects.
